Responsible for the navigational, identity, access, and billing systems that comprise the core of MongoDB Cloud and Ops Manager for millions of users. Designed new payment experiences to increase revenue growth by 30%+. Shipped improvements to reduce cost-related support tickets by 50%+. Introduced new features on login, registration, and account pages for 55k+ new registrations every week.
Worked as a contributor for a financially-focused client on an interdisciplinary team comprised of other designers, project management, and brand strategists. Specified information architecture and user interfaces using participatory and iterative design techniques. Produced ecosystem diagrams, customer journey maps, wireframes, annotations, and prototypes.
Designed splash page, sign-up workflow, and product recommendation experience for launch of the Fulfillment By Wish (FBW) program, leading to $34 mil+ in related GMV and 1.8 mil+ FBW orders to-date.
